Sacha Lainovic, Managing Director
Prior to co-founding Invus Opps, Sacha was a co-founder and the Executive Vice President of the Invus Group from 1985-2006. Prior to Invus, Sacha was a management consultant at The Boston Consulting Group in Paris. Sacha holds an M.S. from INSA de Lyon and an MBA from Stanford University. He serves on the Boards of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Hospital for Special Surgery and is a member of the Stanford Graduate School of Business Advisory Council.
Benjamin Tsai, Partner
Prior to joining Invus Opps, Ben worked a management consultant at the Monitor Group. Ben holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS from the University of Southern California, where he was a Trustee Scholar.
Bryan Kim, Partner
Prior to joining Invus Opps, Bryan worked on the private equity team at the Invus Group. Previously, Bryan worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company in New York. Bryan graduated with an AB from Harvard University.
David Kahane, Partner
Prior to joining Invus Opps, David worked as an investor at Valor Capital Group and Monitor Clipper Partners. Previously, David worked as a management consultant at the Monitor Group. David holds an MBA from the Wharton School where he was a Chrysler Foundation Fellow and BS in Foreign Service from Georgetown University.
Gokul Mukunda, Investor
Prior to joining Invus Opps, Gokul worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company. Gokul graduated magna cum laude from Princeton with an AB in Political Economy and certificate in Computer Science.
Jeremy Yi, Investor
Prior to joining Invus Opps, Jeremy worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company. Jeremy graduated from Duke University with a BS in Economics and Computer Science.
Carmen Taton, CFO
Prior to joining Invus Opps, Carmen had eight years of experience in hedge funds, including Nexar Capital and Millgate Capital, as well as experience as a management consultant at Stern Stewart. Carmen has an MBA from Columbia Business School and BS from NYU Stern.
Rachel Merluza, Director of Finance & Compliance
Rachel is the Director of Finance & Compliance at Invus Opps and joined with over 16 years of experience working across a variety of Fund Administration departments. Prior to joining in 2021, Rachel was an Associate Director at SS&C Technologies and before that worked at HSBC Securities Services. Rachel earned a B.A. from Concordia College, Moorhead, MN with a double major in Business and Spanish and a minor in Economics.
